Customer & Order Policies
General
Because our garments are custom DTF (Direct to Film) printed items, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where an item arrives defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only via USPS. All orders are fulfilled on a made-to-order basis. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed, printed, and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Delivery times after shipment vary by destination and are determined by USPS. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If your order is lost or significantly delayed by USPS, please contact us at info@theunidentifiedpress.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns & Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception. To report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at info@theunidentifiedpress.com within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for an approved return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Explicit care instructions are provided in the product description, on our website, and on the packaging. Damage resulting from failure to follow these care instructions is not covered under our return or refund policy. By purchasing, customers acknowledge receipt of and responsibility for following these instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@theunidentifiedpress.com.

1. Overview: This website is operated by The Unidentified Press. The associated purchase functionality is supplied by Shopify. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Products: All shirts sold by The Unidentified Press are limited-run, custom DTF (Direct to Film) printed garments. Each design is offered for a limited time only. We reserve the right to discontinue any design at any time, as well as occasionally bring back an "in demand" shirt.
3. Orders & Payment: By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Fulfillment: Shipping and fulfillment guidelines follow the timeline detailed in our Shipping Policy above. Once handed over to USPS, delivery windows are outside our control.
5. Returns Exceptions: Policy enforcement and final sale exceptions strictly adhere to the guidelines detailed in our Returns Policy above.
6. Care Instructions Acknowledgement: By purchasing, you acknowledge receipt of and responsibility for following the garment care instructions provided across our product descriptions, website, and packaging.
7. Intellectual Property: All original designs, graphics, and content associated with The Unidentified Press are the intellectual property of The Unidentified Press and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability: The Unidentified Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the original purchase price paid.
9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
